Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 50 gram mawa/khoya
- 4-5 tablespoon refined flour
- Ghee/oil for frying
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 2 cup sugar
- Almond and pistachios
- In a large bowl ,add mawa, refined flour,milk, cardamom powder
- For making syrup mix equal amount of sugar and water in a pan, boil until a single thread consistency is obtained.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat ghee or oil in a deep frying pan to cook the malpuas.
- Cook till golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and put directly into the sugar syrup.
- Remove after 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with nuts.
