Ingredients
- 100gm paneer or tofu
- 1 medium size onion cut into cubes
- 2-4 green chillis
- 1 capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2-4 tablespoon oil
- Pinch of ajinomoto
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Marinate the paneer with salt,soy sauce,ajinomoto about 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan anf saute the marinated paneer ,let it brown .Keep aside.
- In the remaining oil add ginger garlic paste and saute on high heat about 2 minute,add onion ,capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce,tomato sauce,chilli sauce,chillis,vinegar ,sugar and salt combine all together.
- Add fried paneer and toss for 1 minute on high heat.
- Add little amount of water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour water after few minutes you will find that it become thick.
- Serve as a appetizer.
