Ingredients
- Pasta any types u want
- Chicken Sausage ( i used frozen Sausage)

- Cream 1 cup
- Olive oil 1-2 tablespoon
- Onion chopped 1 large
- Garlic 3-5 cloves

- Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon

- Red Chilli 2 chopped
Method
- First of all boil paste for 10-20 minutes or cook until tender.
- In a Large pan add some olive oil and cook sausage until lil brownish in color then add garlic cook for 1/2 minute then add onion and cook until golden brown then and chilli,can tomato,sugar,salt,dried basil and Oregano.
- Then add cream and parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta and toss it around gently coating the pasta with the sauce.

Method
- Beat egg in a bowl add salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan,pour the mixture and drizzle few drop of oil,place the roti and cook it, flip other side and cook for a minute.And keep it on a plate.
- Place some cucumber,onion,tomato mixture and add some chilli and tomato sauce and roll it.

- Turmeric powder

- 2-4 cloves,green cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2-3 garlic and ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 big onion sliced
- 1-2 green chilli
- 2 big tomato chopped
- 1 tablespoon red chilli crushed
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper
Methods
- Marinate the chicken with Turmeric powder and salt for 2-3 hours.And fry them little bit.
- Heat the oil in a pan ,add bay leaf,cloves,green cardamom, cinnamon stick ,cumin seeds,coriander seeds cook for 1 minute, then, add garlic,ginger,sesame seeds and saute another few minutes.
- Add onion and cook till it becomes golden brown.
- Cool the mixture and grind to make smooth paste.
- Again heat some oil add tomato,pepper crushed, chilli crushed and pinch of salt, cook for few minutes, then add the ground mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken,mix well,add 1 1/2 cup water and cook for 20 minute till chicken gets tender.Add garam masala.
- Serve with rice and roti.

- 1 small carrot finely chopped
- 4-5 beans finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels (makai ke dane)

Methods
- Heat the butter in a pan, add all the vegetables and salt cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and cook for 4-5 minutes under covered.
- Add sweet corn cream style.
- Add pepper powder and sugar.
- Serve with chopped spring onion.

- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup raisin
- 1 orange juice and some orange zest
- 1 teaspoon chilli flacks
Methods
- heat the oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds.
- After 1-2 minutes add kiwi fruit, salt,orange juice,zest, raisin, cook covered for 5-10 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook for another few minutes until the mixture becomes thick.

Method
- Place the kiwi, banana,sugar and milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

- 2 cup rice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 seedless chopped tomato
- 2-4 garlic chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup boiled corn
- 1 avocado finely cut or mashed
- salt and pepper as per taste
- sugar as per taste
- 1 pinch of mixed dried herbs (oregano,basil,parsley)
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 teaspoon chilli flacks
Methods
- wash the rice nicely,and soak it for 30 minutes .
- boil water in a pan,add rice ,little amount of salt and and cook on medium heat until the rice is tender.
- heat the oil in a pan add onion,garlic stir for 2 minute then ,add all the vegetables cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
- Add the cooked rice and mix it well.
- Add mixed herbs,chilli flacks.
- Pour fried rice into a casserole dish,sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Top with chopped capsicum ,tomato.
- Bake in a pre heated oven for 8-10 minutes ato 200 degrees.
- Serve hot.
