Ingredients
- 6-8 baby corn
- 2 carrot
- 1 beet root
- 150 gm beans
- 115 gm cauliflower
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tea spoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon roasted cumin /coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Green chillis as per taste
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- Cut all the vegetable in small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan,add fennel seeds.
- After 1 minute add all the vegetables and saute them.
- Add pepper powder,green chillis and then add 1/2 cup water.
- After 5-6 minute add roasted cumin and coriander powder.
- Turn off the heat then add chopped coriander.
- Serve with roties and paratha .
