Ingredients
- 1 beet root
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup peas
- 3 large potato
- Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon funnel seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon fried peanuts
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and Sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
- Boil the vegetables and let them cool,mash the vegetables and add fried peanut salt and sugar.
- Heat the oil in a pan,add funnel seeds ginger paste and mashed vegetables,green chillis, roasted cumin and coriander powder and saute.
- After 5-8 minute turn off the flame, make balls out of the mixture.
- Mix the white flour with some water to make thin batter.
- Dip all the balls in the batter one by one,afterwards coat each ball with the bread crumbs and place into a plate.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.
- Serve with salads and ketchup.
