Ingredients
- 2 cups khoya or mawa
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon ghee or butter
- 1 tablespoon orange essence
- Raisins and almonds for garnishing
- Heat ghee in a pan,add mawa ,mix and cook for some time.
- Add milk powder and orange essence mix all together nicely.
- Add sugar and cook till mixture become thick.
- Transfer in to greased tray and cool down completely in refrigerator.
- Cut into desired shapes,and garnish with some raisin and almonds.
