Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless Chicken cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon soy souse
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder ( mixture of some spices like cinnamon,cloves,crushed bay leaf,cardamom,black peppercorns )
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 2-4 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Spring onion for garnishing
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients (except spring onion and oil) for at least 1-2 hr.
- Fry the marinated chicken on medium heat.
- Garnish with spring onion.
