ingredients
- 500 gm chena ( cottage cheese )
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 glass Water
- Rub and kneed the chena to make soft dough.
- Then make small ball from this dough .
- In a pressure cooker ,take water and add sugar and boil it to make sugar syrup.
- When sugar syrup starts boil ,add all chena balls and cover it.
- After 10-15 minute turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- Take out all rasgullas with syrup and serve.
