Ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- All-purpose flour, for dredging
- 1 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice/orange juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 onion
- 2-3 garlic
- 1 cup white wine
- 15 gm capers
- 2-3 tablespoon salsa
- basil leaves
- salt to taste
- sugar (optional )
- cilantro
- Season chicken with salt and pepper,dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan add the chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minute both sides keep it aside .
- Same pan add 3 tablespoon olive oil,garlic ,onion and wine cook for few minute then add capers,salsa,basil leaves,salt,sugar,chicken stock ,lime or orange juice ,butter and cooked chicken cook for another 5 minute .
- Garnish with some cilantro.
