Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-4 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- chocolate vermicelli ,color balls and sliced almond for decoration
Method
- In a large bowl ,stir together flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt ,butter.
- Add egg ,vanilla,milk to the mixture and mix it for few minute.
- Add little bit boiling water to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degree, grease and flour the pan.
- Bake 20-30 minute (250-300 degree) until the cake tests done with a toothpick( insert the toothpick into the center of the cake,pull it out when it's fully baked ,there won't be wet batter on it) .cool the pan for 10 minutes .
- chocolate cream (frosting ) spread over the top of the cake.
- Decorate with rest of the ingredients ,as you like
- Place the chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water,stir until melted .
- In another bowl ,beat the butter until it fluffy,add cream cheese ,vanilla ,and melted chocolate then again beat nicely until smooth and creamy .
