Ingredients
- 250 gm paneer
- Red ,orange and green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Bay leaf
- Heat the oil in a pan add paneer and fry it until golden in color ,keep it aside .
- In remaining oil add bay leaf ,cumin seeds,saute for about 1 minute.
- Add ginger paste and cook for another 1 minute.
- Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder capsicums and tomato,cook till the oil separates.
- Add paneer ,salt and 1/2 cup water ,cook covered over low heat
- Serve with roti,paratha and plan rice
