Egg Roll

Ingredients
  1. plain flour tortilla (i use ready made tortillas,u can make it at home - by plain flour,pinch of salt,1 tablespoon oil and water. Make it like roti
  2. 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. oil
  6. Salt
  7. chilli and tomato sauce 
  8. pepper powder
  9. eggs
Method
  • Beat egg in a bowl add salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon  oil in a pan,pour the mixture and drizzle few drop of oil,place the roti and cook it, flip other side and cook for a minute.And keep it on a plate.
  • Place some cucumber,onion,tomato mixture and add some chilli and tomato sauce and roll it.
  • serve hot.

Kolhapuri Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken drumsticks 5-8 pieces 
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar  
  • 2-3 tablespoon Oil
  • 2-4 cloves,green cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick 
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2-3 garlic and ginger chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 big onion sliced
  • 1-2 green chilli
  • 2 big tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red  chilli crushed 
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper 
Methods
  1. Marinate the chicken with Turmeric powder and salt for 2-3 hours.And fry them little bit.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan ,add bay leaf,cloves,green cardamom, cinnamon stick ,cumin seeds,coriander seeds cook for 1 minute, then, add garlic,ginger,sesame seeds and saute another few minutes.
  3. Add onion and cook till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Cool the mixture and grind to make smooth paste.
  5. Again heat some oil add tomato,pepper crushed, chilli crushed and  pinch of salt, cook for few minutes, then add the ground mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the fried chicken,mix well,add 1 1/2 cup water and cook for 20 minute till chicken gets tender.Add garam masala.
  7. Serve with rice and roti.

Sweet Corn-Veg Soup

Ingredients


  • 200 gm sweet corn cream style
  • 1 small carrot finely chopped
  • 4-5 beans finely  chopped
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour 
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels (makai ke dane)
  • Vegetable stock
  • Salt as per taste
  • pepper powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar
  • Chopped spring onion

Methods
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, add all the vegetables and salt cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable stock and cook for 4-5 minutes under covered.
  3. Add  sweet corn cream style.
  4. Add pepper powder and sugar.
  5. Serve with chopped spring onion.

Kiwi Chutney

Ingredients
  • 2-3 kiwi
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1 orange juice and some orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flacks 
Methods
  1. heat the oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds. 
  2. After 1-2 minutes add kiwi fruit, salt,orange juice,zest, raisin, cook covered for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and cook for another few minutes until the mixture becomes thick.

Baked Avocado Rice

Ingredients
  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 carrot finely chopped 
  • 1 onion sliced 
  • 1 seedless chopped tomato
  • 2-4 garlic chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn
  • 1 avocado finely cut or mashed 
  • salt and pepper as per  taste 
  • sugar  as per taste 
  • 1 pinch of mixed dried herbs (oregano,basil,parsley)
  • 1 cup cheese 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flacks
Methods
  1. wash the rice nicely,and soak it for 30 minutes .
  2. boil water in a pan,add rice ,little amount of salt and and cook on medium heat until the rice is tender.
  3. heat the oil in a pan add onion,garlic stir for 2 minute then ,add all the vegetables cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add salt,pepper and sugar to taste.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix it well.
  6. Add mixed herbs,chilli flacks.
  7. Pour fried rice into a casserole dish,sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Top with chopped capsicum ,tomato.
  9. Bake in a pre heated oven for 8-10 minutes ato 200 degrees.
  10. Serve hot.

Apple Pan Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour 
  • 1/2 backing powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 
  • 1 egg lightly beaten 
  • 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2-4 tablespoon curd
  • Maple syrup or cinnamon sugar to serve 
Methods

  1. In a large bowl add flour,backing soda,sugar and mix it well.
  2. Whisk egg,vanilla essence,curd together in another bowl.
  3. Add to flour mixture,stir to combine.
  4. Add apple and mix it well.
  5. Heat butter in pan spread it,with the help of spoon add the pan cake batter into pan,spread with spatula to form a round. 
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface.turn and cook another side for 2-4 minutes.
  7. Serve with maple syrup or cinnamon sugar.

    Vegetable Hash

    Ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil
    • 2 medium size potato
    • 1 onion diced
    • 1-2 cloves of garlic chopped
    • 1 carrot
    • 1 capsicum 
    • 6-8 french beans
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
    • Dried oregano 
    • Dried basil leaves

    Methods

    1. Heat the extra virgin Olive oil and butter,add butter mix it well and allow to potatoes to cook covered for 10 minutes.
    2. Add onion ,capsicum,beans,carrot and cook it for 15 minutes or until golden brown color.
    3. Add oregano,dried basil leaves,salt and pepper and cook for 1 more minutes.
    4. Serve hot.

    Sweet French Toast

    Ingredients

    • 4 bread slice
    • 2 tablespoon butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
    • Pinch of salt
    • 3-4 tablespoon cream 
    • 1 cup milk
    • Butter for fry
    •  Maple syrup to taste or u can add sugar 
    Methods
    1. In a bowl ,beat together the eggs,milk,maple syrup,vanilla ,salt,cream stir well.
    2. Soak the bread slice in the mixture for about 1-3 minutes.
    3. Heat the butter in a pan,place the bread slices in the pan ,and cook both sides until golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with some butter and maple syrup.

    Garlic Bread

    Ingredients
    • 3-6 tablespoon butter
    • 6 bread slices 
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 3-4 garlic cloves grated
    Methods
    1. Take butter into a bowl ,add grated garlic,parsley,sugar,salt and pepper ,mixed it well.
    2. Spread the butter in bread slices.
    3. Bake or toast for about 10 minutes or till lightly browned.

    Orange Mawa Barfi

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups khoya or mawa
    • 1 cup milk powder
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoon ghee or butter
    • 1 tablespoon orange essence
    • Raisins and almonds for garnishing
    Methods

    1. Heat ghee in a pan,add mawa ,mix and cook for some time.
    2. Add milk powder and orange essence mix all together nicely.
    3. Add sugar and cook till mixture become thick.
    4. Transfer in to greased tray and cool down completely in refrigerator.
    5. Cut into desired shapes,and garnish with some raisin and almonds.

    Dal Makhani

    Ingredients
    • 3/4 black beans
    • 1/4 rajmah or kidney beans
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 onion chopped 
    • 1 tomato chopped
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 green chilli
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon garan masala powder
    Methods
    1. Soak black beans and rajmah overnight.
    2. Pressure cook both dals in three cups of water with salt.
    3. Heat butter and oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,when they begin to change in color add ginger garlic paste,then add onion,chillis and saute them.
    4. Add tomato ,red chilli powder,salt ,cumin powder,turmeric powder and saute till the tomatoes are cooked.
    5. Add cooked dals ,add some water,simmer on low heat till dals are totally soft.
    6. Add garam masala.
    7. Serve hot with paratha or rotis.

    Mixed Veg

    Ingredients
    • 6-8 baby corn
    • 2 carrot
    • 1 beet root
    • 150 gm beans
    • 115 gm cauliflower
    • Chopped coriander leaves 
    • 1 tea spoon fennel seeds
    • 1 tablespoon roasted cumin /coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
    • Green chillis as per taste
    • Oil
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • Salt as per taste
    Methods
    1. Cut all the vegetable in small pieces. 
    2. Heat the oil in a pan,add fennel seeds.
    3. After 1 minute add all the vegetables and saute them.
    4. Add pepper powder,green chillis and then add 1/2 cup water.
    5. After 5-6 minute add roasted cumin and coriander powder.
    6. Turn off the heat then add chopped coriander.
    7. Serve with roties and paratha .

    Vegetable cutlet or chop

    Ingredients
    • 1 beet root
    • 2 carrots
    • 1/2 cup peas
    • 3 large potato
    • Oil for frying 
    • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
    • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
    • 1 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon funnel seeds
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
    • 2 tablespoon fried peanuts 
    • 1/2 cup white flour
    • 1 cup bread crumbs 
    • Salt and Sugar to taste
    • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
    Methods
    1. Boil the vegetables and let them cool,mash the vegetables and add fried peanut salt and sugar.
    2. Heat the oil  in a pan,add funnel seeds ginger paste and mashed vegetables,green chillis, roasted cumin and coriander powder and saute.
    3. After 5-8 minute turn off the flame, make balls out of the mixture.
    4. Mix the white flour with some water to make thin batter.
    5. Dip all the balls in the batter one by one,afterwards coat each ball with the bread crumbs and place into a plate.
    6. Heat the oil  in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.
    7. Serve with salads and ketchup.

    Suji ka Halwa

    Ingredients
    • 1 cup suji/rawa/semolina
    • 1-2 tablespoon ghee or oil
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 cup milk
    • Dry Fruits for decoration 
    Method
    1. Heat the ghee in a pan.
    2. Roast the suji till light brown.
    3. Add sugar and milk.
    4. Cook over medium heat.Stirring continuously till the mixture attains the consistency of halwa.
    5. Decorate with some dry fruits.




     

    Oats Aloo Patatha

    Ingredients

    • 2 large boiled potato
    • 1 cup oats
    • plain or wheat flour for binding 
    • 1 tablespoon Ginger/Garlic paste
    • 2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander leaves  
    • Salt
    • 1 tablespoon Sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or aam chur
    • oil
    • 1 teaspoon paper powder
    • 1-2 green chilli chopped
    • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
    • Roasted cumin and coriander powder
    Method
    1. Mix oats ,wheat flour,mashed potato,coriander leaves,salt,sugar,roasted cumin and coriander powder,lemon juice,1 tablespoon oil,ginger garlic paste,chilli,paper powder in a bowl (if u need more wheat flour for binding , you can use more) ,knead to a dough and leave it aside for half an hour.
    2. Heat a flat frying pan then add oil.
    3. Take a portion of dough ,roll out into small circle.
    4. Cook them on both sides.
    5. Serve with sauce or chutney.

    How to make Paneer

    Ingredients
    • Lemon juice
    • Milk
    • Clean cloth 
    Method
    1. Boil the milk in a pan.
    2. Slowly add lemon juice to the milk,continuously stirring.
    3. After 10-20 seconds milk start to separate from whey.
    4. Turn off the heat.
    5. Pour it on a clean cotton cloth and tie it with a tight knot.
    6. When all the water is drained from the paneer ,then place the cloth under heavy weight for 1 hours.
    7. Open the cloth and cut paneer into small cubes.

    Salmon Fish Fry With Maple syrup


    Ingredients 
    • 1 Ibs Salmon fillets 
    • 1 tablespoon ginger/ garlic paste
    • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

    • 1 tablespoon Papper powder

    1. Marinate the fish with all the ingredients. 
    2. Heat the oil in a pan.
    3. Fry the salmon until golden brown on one side (it takes about 4-5 minute)then , turn   the fish over  with a spatula ,and fry for another 5 minute.

    Malpua

    Ingredients

    •  1 liter milk
    • 50 gram mawa/khoya
    • 4-5 tablespoon refined flour 
    • Ghee/oil for frying 
    • 1 pinch cardamom powder 
    • 2 cup sugar
    • Almond and pistachios
    Method
    1. In a large bowl ,add mawa, refined flour,milk, cardamom powder
    2. For making syrup mix equal amount of sugar and water in a pan, boil until a single thread consistency is obtained.
    3. Keep it aside.
    4. Heat ghee or oil in a deep frying pan to cook the malpuas.
    5. Cook till golden brown.
    6. Remove from the oil and put directly into the sugar syrup.
    7. Remove after 2-3 minutes. 
    8. Garnish with nuts.

    Chilli Paneer

    Ingredients

    • 100gm paneer or tofu 
    • 1 medium size onion cut into cubes
    • 2-4 green chillis
    • 1 capsicum cut into cubes
    • 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce 
    • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce 
    • 1 tablespoon ketchup 
    • 2-4 tablespoon oil
    • Pinch of ajinomoto 
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar 
    • 1 tablespoon corn flour 
    • Salt to taste 
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    Method
    1. Marinate the paneer with salt,soy sauce,ajinomoto about 1 hour.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan anf saute the marinated paneer ,let it brown .Keep aside.
    3. In the remaining oil add ginger garlic paste and saute on high heat about 2 minute,add onion ,capsicum  and fry for 2 minutes.
    4. Add soy sauce,tomato sauce,chilli sauce,chillis,vinegar ,sugar and  salt combine all together.
    5. Add fried paneer and toss for 1 minute on high heat.
    6. Add little amount of water and cook for 2 minutes.
    7. Add cornflour water after few minutes you will find that it become thick.
    8. Serve as a appetizer.

    Chocolate Pops

    Ingredients
    • 200 gm Tim Tam biscuits
    • 80 gm cream cheese
    • Dark chocolate melts 
    • Nuts and chocolate vermicelli for decoration 
    Method
    1. Place tim tam and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until well combined.
    2. Roll tablespoon sized ball of the mixture and lay on the tray , place in the freezer for 30 minute
    3. Remove from the freezer and push lolipop  stick into the ball.
    4. In a heatproof bowl,melt the chocolate and dip the balls into the melted chocolate.Tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
    5. Decorate them.

    Sweet Potato Halwa

    Ingredients
    • 2 Medium size sweet potato
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoon mawa 
    • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
    • Chopped nuts of your choice 
    Method
    1. Boil the sweet potato ,when cool,peel and mash it.
    2. Heat ghee or clarified butter in a pan. 
    3. Fry mashed sweet potatoes,stirring frequently until ghee or clarified butter begins to separate.
    4. Add milk and let it cook,then add mawa.
    5. Add sugar and coo 2-3 minutes.
    6. Add all the nuts. 
    7. Serve hot.

    Chocolate Stuffed French Toast

    Ingredients
    • 2 edds
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
    • pinch of salt
    • 4 slices of bread
    • 2 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips 
    Method
    1. In large bowl,whisk the eggs,milk,vanilla and salt
    2. Melt chocolate in heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, over low heat until smooth, set-aside allowing chocolate to cool slightly.
    3. Spread half of the bread slices with melted chocolate and sandwich together with remaining slices.
    4. Warm large skillet over medium heat, 1 minute.  Add 1 to 2 tablespoons butter to grease.
    5. Meanwhile, dip chocolate filled sandwiches (as many as will fit in skillet without crowding skillet) in egg mixture (making sure bread is completely coated) allowing excess mixture to drip off into bowl.
    6. Once butter is melted cook sandwiches until golden, about 2 minutes each side.
    7. Serve warm.

    Chicken Bites

    Ingredients
    • 500 gm boneless Chicken cut into cubes
    • 1 tablespoon soy souse 
    • Salt to taste
    • 1-2 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder ( mixture of some spices like cinnamon,cloves,crushed bay leaf,cardamom,black peppercorns )
    • 1 tablespoon plain flour 
    • 2-4 tablespoon oil
    • 1 egg (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
    • Spring onion for garnishing 
    Method
    1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients  (except spring onion and oil) for at least 1-2 hr.
    2. Fry the marinated chicken on medium heat.
    3. Garnish with spring onion.

    Aaloo Dam

    Ingredients

    •  2 bay leaves
    • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    • 2-3 green chillis
    • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugal to taste 
    • 1-2 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
    • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin and coriander powder
    • Coriander leaves 
    • Pinch of  hing (asafoetida)
    • 1/2 tomato paste 
    • 8-10 peel boiled  baby potato
     Method
    1. Heat the oil in a pan
    2. Add pinch of hing,bay leaf,fennel seed,cumin seed let it crackle.
    3. Add tomato paste ,green chilli,turmeric powder,red chillli powder,ginger paste,cumin powder,salt and sugar,cook it for few minutes.
    4. Add boiled potato and stir it well,add little bit water ,cover it and cook for another few minute till the moisture is evaporated .
    5. Add roasted cumin and coriander powder and coriander leaf.
    6. Turn off heat. 
    7. Serve with roti or paratha.

    Creamy Avocado Pasta

    Ingredients
    • 1 cup pasta ( Any type you like )
    • 1/2 lemon juice
    • 4-6 garlic cloves
    • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil

    • 1/2 cup basil leaf
    • 1 avocado

    1. Boil the pasta with salt.
    2. Put garlic,olive oil,avocado,basil,cream cheese,cilantro in blender.
    3. Add salt,lemon juice,pepper.
    4. Transfer hot cooked pasta to the bowl,toss with avocado mixture garnish with grated parmesan  and chilli flacks .

    Kadhai Paneer

    Ingredients
    • 250 gm paneer
    • Red ,orange and green capsicum 
    • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    • 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
    • 1 tablespoon garlic paste 
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1 tablespoon coriander  powder
    • 2 tablespoon oil
    • 1 chopped tomato 
    • Salt to taste 
    • Sugar 1 tablespoon
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 Bay leaf 
    Method
    1. Heat the oil in a pan add paneer and fry it until golden in color ,keep it aside .
    2. In remaining oil  add bay leaf ,cumin seeds,saute for about  1 minute.
    3. Add  ginger paste and cook for another 1 minute.
    4. Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder capsicums  and tomato,cook till the oil separates.
    5. Add paneer ,salt and 1/2 cup water ,cook covered over low heat 
    6. Serve with roti,paratha and plan rice 

    Ice lemon mint tea

    Ingredients

    • 1 Glass water
    • Ice
    • 1 teaspoon tea leaf
    • Sugar to taste 
    • Mint leaf
    • Lemon
    Method

    1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan ,add sugar,tea leaf ,then stir  until sugar dissolve.Remove from the heat and allow to sleep for 30 minute .Add lemon juice and serve tea over ice.

    Chocolate Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup plain flour 
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder 
    • 1 cup sugar 
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 egg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter 
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
    For Frosting
    • 3-4 tablespoon chocolate chips 
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
    • 1 tablespoon cream cheese 
    •  chocolate vermicelli ,color balls and sliced almond for decoration

    Method
    1. In a large bowl ,stir together flour,sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt  ,butter.
    2. Add egg ,vanilla,milk to the mixture and mix it  for few minute.
    3. Add little bit boiling water  to the mixture and stir until smooth. 
    4. Preheat the oven to 250 degree, grease and flour the pan.
    5. Bake 20-30 minute  (250-300 degree) until the cake tests done with a toothpick( insert the toothpick into the center of the cake,pull it out when it's fully baked ,there won't be wet batter on it) .cool the pan for 10 minutes .
    6. chocolate cream (frosting ) spread over the top of the cake.
    7. Decorate with rest of the ingredients ,as you like  
    Frosting -
    1. Place the chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water,stir until melted .
    2.  In another bowl ,beat the butter until it fluffy,add cream cheese ,vanilla ,and melted chocolate then again beat nicely  until smooth and creamy .

    Orange chicken

    Ingredients
    • 500 gm Boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
    • 4-5 tablespoon plain flour
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce 
    • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
    • 2 tablespoon orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar 
    • 1 small tomato chopped 
    • 1 tablespoon orange zest (grated )
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic paste
    • 1 small onion chopped 
    • 2-4 tablespoon  oil 
    • Chopped spring onion 
    Method
    1. Marinate the chicken with plain flour ,salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon soy sauce ,vinegar  for 1 hour.
    2. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
    3. In the same pan add oil (if need more oil ) ,add onion,ginger,garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes .
    4. Add tomato chopped,salt,sugar,orange juice,orange zest .bring to a boil.
    5. Add the chicken and slowly stir.
    6. Add chopped spring onion.
    7. Serve with fried rice or noodles.

    Creamy chicken pasta

    Ingredients

    • 200 gm chicken ,cut into cubes
    • 100 gm spaghetti
    • Basil leaves
    • Salt to taste
    • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 tea spoon chilli flacks 
    • 1 tea spoon pepper powder
    • Sugar (optional)

    • 2-3 cloves of garlic sliced 
    • Vegetable/Chicken Stock 
    Method
    1. Boil pasta in lots of water,until just tender.
    2. Heat olive oil in a pan ,add garlic slice,after few minutes,add chicken cubes,Salt,pepper powder.
    3. Saute the chicken about 2-3 minute.
    4. Add basil leaves ,vegetable stock , cream cheese,sugar and cover it.
    5. After 4-5 minute uncover it,and cook until slightly thick paste.
    6. Add pasta to  cream sauce  ,stir nicely, sprinkle chilli flacks and cheese.

    Mexican Rice

    Ingredients
    • 1 cup shoaked rice
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • Fresh basil leaves
    • 1 medium tomato 1 inch pieces
    • whole dry red chilli
    • red capsicum 1 inch pieces
    •  6 cloves garlic 
    • 1 cup vegetable stock 
    • 3-4  tablespoon olive oil 
    • salt to taste 
    • carrot thickly grated 
    Method
    1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan ,add red capsicum,dry chillies,tomatoes and garlic cloves ,saute on high heat till slightly charred.
    2. Cool the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
    3. Heat remaining olive oil in another pan .
    4. Add onion and saute until light golden ,then add rice a saute
    5. Add ground paste ,basil leaves,vegetable stock, salt and  mix it well.
    6. Add grated carrot and mix
    7. Cook until  the water is absorbed .

    Rasgulla

    ingredients

    •  500 gm chena ( cottage cheese )
    • 1 cup  Sugar 
    • 1 glass Water
    Method
    1. Rub and kneed the chena to make soft dough.
    2. Then make small ball from this dough .
    3. In a pressure cooker ,take water and add sugar and boil it to make sugar syrup.
    4. When sugar syrup starts boil ,add all chena balls and cover it.
    5. After 10-15 minute turn off the heat and let it cool down.
    6. Take out all rasgullas with syrup and serve.

    Kacchi Biriyani

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup basmati rice
    • 500 gm chicken
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • Mint chopped
    • 2 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
    • 1 red chilli
    • 1 bay leaf 
    • 2-4 cloves
    • 1 cinnamon stick 
    • 2-4 cardamom 
    • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
    • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon chicken masala
    • 1 teaspoon biriyani masala
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • salt to taste
    • Sugar to taste  
    • 2 tablespoon Curd
    method
    1.  Soak the basmati rice in water for 20 minutes to half an hour. 
    2. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hr  with curd, turmeric, mint,salt, chicken masala ,1 tablespoon oil,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste.
    3. Heat 1 Tablespoon of refined oil in a pressure cooker add whole garam masala (1 bay leaf ,2-4 cloves,1 cinnamon stick ,2-4 cardamom) after 1 minute add chiili and onion Saute the onions, till they turn golden brown.
    4. Add marinated chicken,salt ,sugar into it ,and cook for 5 minute.
    5. Add rice and cook for another 3-4 minute mix it well  ,add the requisite amount of water.
    6.  Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook on medium heat  till the water is absorbed. 
    7. Serve with raita

    Chicken Piccata

    Ingredients

    • 2 skinless chicken breasts
    •  salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • All-purpose flour, for dredging
    • 1 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice/orange juice
    • 1/2 cup chicken stock
    • 1/2  onion
    • 2-3 garlic
    • 1 cup white wine
    • 15 gm capers 
    • 2-3 tablespoon salsa
    • basil leaves
    • salt to taste
    • sugar (optional )
    • cilantro
    Methods
    1. Season chicken with salt and pepper,dredge chicken in flour and shake off excess.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a pan add the chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minute both sides keep it aside .
    3. Same pan add 3 tablespoon olive oil,garlic ,onion and wine cook for few minute then add capers,salsa,basil leaves,salt,sugar,chicken stock ,lime or orange juice ,butter and cooked chicken cook for another 5 minute .
    4. Garnish with some cilantro.

    Bread pizza

    Ingredients

    • 4 slices of bread
    • 6-8 tablespoon pizza sauce or tomato ketchup 
    • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese 
    • 1 tomato diced 
    • 1 small onion diced 
    • 1/2 yellow or red pepper diced 
    • 3-4 black greps sliced 
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder   
    Methods

    1. Pre -heat oven 250 degree .
    2. Add some pizza sauce over the bread
    3. Add all vegetables ,  mozzarella cheese and sprinkle pepper powder
    4. Bake for 7-10 minute or until cheese melts.
